Returns/Exchange Terms & Conditions

Your Little Ones is committed to customer satisfaction.  We want you to be happy with what you have purchased.  If you are not satisfied with any of our products for whatever reason, just send it back to us for exchange or refund in Your Little Ones eVouchers.  We would greatly appreciate if you can share your reason with us so that we can serve you better in future.

Conditions for returns:

1. Returns/exchanges can only be honored if done within 7 calendar days from the date of the receipt.  Please contact us should you decide to return any item.  We will then advise you on the return details.

2. Please include original receipt along with the returned items.  However, if you have received the items as a gift, please indicate the name and address/contact of the purchaser.

3. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with their tags still attached.

4. We regret that we are unable to extend the return/exchange policy to discounted items and eVouchers.

5. We cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected returns or items damaged on the way back for a return/exchange.  Hence it is advisable that you return the items via registered mail, courier service or by hand.

6. Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Any further charges incurred upon the return of the items are to be borne by the customer.

7. Exchange items are subject to availability.

You will hear from us within 3 business days upon receiving the items.
